Doctor en Medicina de la Conservación y biólogo marino por la Universidad Andrés Bello. Profesor Asociado e investigador del Centro de Investigación e Innovación para el Cambio Climático (CiiCC) de la Universidad Santo Tomás. Su línea de investigación se centra en el estudio de los efectos de variables abióticas y bióticas sobre organismos marinos, con énfasis en la ecología de parásitos marinos y sus interacciones biológicas.
